Mission Statement: Tandem is dedicated to providing a low cost option for a volleyball program where young athletes can develop their volleyball skills and knowledge to the highest level they are able with self-esteem and self-confidence in a positive learning environment.

Congratulations to ALL three teams, as this year was our first year of club. We all feel though that the girls have accomplished many goals in many ways. We have seen girls that have walked into their first day of practice not knowing much of the game and now they walked out of the season learning many different skills to help them succeed in volleyball in the future. Our main goal is to not just teach what they already know but teach them to become smarter players and playing as a team. We look forward to next season to help accomplish many of the girls goals that they may have to become a better and smarter player.
